Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I purchase a DLTS licence without the Dallara Data Pack?
No. DLTS may only be purchased with a Dallara Data Pack.

Can I purchase a DLTS licence if I already have an AeroLap licence?
Yes. If you have a current support contract for AeroLap you can purchase a DLTS software licence for your existing dongle for a low upgrade fee plus the cost of the Dallara Data Pack for your car.

Can I purchase an AeroLap licence if I already have a DLTS licence?
Yes. If you have a current support contract for DLTS you can purchase an AeroLap licence for the difference between a standard AeroLap licence and a DLTS licence plus the cost of the Dallara Data Pack for your car.

Is there a discount if I buy more than one copy of DLTS?
Yes. 2-3 copies attract a 15% overall discount.

How is DLTS supported?
Support via email is provided while you have an existing support contract. The DLTS software is supported by Ansible Design, and the Dallara Data Pack is supported by Dallara. Support requests can be made through the DLTS website.

Will the Dallara Data Packs be updated?
Dallara will provide updates to the data throughout the paid support period for the Data Pack. This will include new tire compounds and alternative items like new anti roll bars, not major upgrades of the car.

How long does the support last?
Support for the software and the Data Pack for the first year is included in the purchase price. After the first year you can purchase an additional year of support. Support must be purchased continuously. If your support contract has lapsed then you must backdate it to the point of expiry to renew.
